And without faith it is impossible to please God.   Hebrews 11:6a

Thought:

When I read this text from Hebrews, it is easy to wonder, do I have enough faith, the right kind of faith, to please God.  But, my brothers and sisters, those are not the questions we should ask.  You see, faith is a gift from God (Ephesians 2:8).  It is graciously bestowed on all.  Our task is to receive it and to use it, to exercise it.  Think of faith as a muscle, given you as part of your divine design.  May we exercise our faith as we believe and trust God, each and every day of our lives
