Rev. Chris Shade

Pastor

Pastor Chris grew up in Northern California and went to NYU to study acting. Upon hearing God's call to ministry he moved back to the SF Bay Area to attend seminary at the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley. He has since served churches in Walnut Creek, CA and Portland, OR. 

In November of 2021 he was invited to be the settled pastor of Community Church. 

Miss Alayne McNulty

Alayne is a talented, artist and teacher who leads the Art Together Program, a ministry here at CCB. 

Alayne began her journey at CCB on Super Bowl Sunday in 2018. In 2020, with the support and guidance of Pastor Zina, Alayne began the Art Together Program where she dedicates herself to creating safe spaces for children, youth, and adults to express themselves creatively. 

Her degree in psychology and Masters in Art Therapy, as well as her dedication to serving God, make her uniquely suited to this wonderful ministry. 

Koeun Grace Lee

Pianist

A South Korean native, Koeun Grace Lee is an talented performer of classical and contemporary piano. She has multiple degrees in music and has performed as a featured artists in many venues across the United States. 

Grace began playing at CCB in November of 2021 and we feel blessed to hear her selections each week. 

Sandy Mytys

Administrative Assistant

Sandy has been the face of the front office for over 25 years. If you need anything during the week, chances are you have spoken to her. She greets everyone with a pleasant smile and a willingness to help. 

She also is available for dog sitting.
