Robert Reekie Memorial Service

It is with sadness, I am writing to tell you that Robert Reekie passed away in his sleep on July 18th. He was visiting his niece in New Jersey while his wife, Barbara, traveled to South Africa to attend a family wedding. Although it was a shock, Barbara counts it as a blessing that his passing happened in such a peaceful manner. She was waiting to get back into the states to announce it and make arrangements.

Bob was a long-time member of Community Church and an accomplished minister and missionary before his retirement. His presence on Sunday mornings will certainly be missed.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, August 6th at 1:00 p.m. at Community Church of Barrington to remember Bob and offer condolences. I hope you will be able to attend.
